Account
Do I need to KYC?
No, you don't need to KYC to trade on Bullix. You can trade anonymously without verifying your identity.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Forgot password' on the Sign In page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a secure reset link valid for 15 minutes.
Can I have more than one Bullix account?
No. Each user is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts.
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
Deposits & Withdrawals
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum deposit is $10 USD or equivalent in cryptocurrency. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.
How long do withdrawals take?
Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, subject to network congestion and security verification. Fiat withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
My deposit has not appeared in my account. What should I do?
First, confirm the transaction on the blockchain explorer using your transaction hash. If the transaction has 12+ confirmations and still has not appeared after 2 hours, contact support with the transaction ID.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Crypto withdrawal fees vary by network and are displayed before you confirm the withdrawal. We charge no additional fee beyond the network fee. Fiat withdrawals may include a small processing fee shown at checkout.
Trading
What is the difference between demo and live trading?
Demo trading uses virtual funds and simulated market conditions to let you practice without financial risk. Live trading uses real funds and executes against actual market prices.
How do AI Trading plans work?
AI Trading plans allow you to invest a fixed amount for a set duration (1–90 days). The AI engine automatically allocates your funds across strategies and returns your principal plus daily income at plan maturity.
What happens if I lose internet connection during a trade?
All open orders are held server-side. If you lose connection, your positions remain active and will execute according to your original parameters. Reconnect and check your Orders page to review status.
Can I cancel a trade after placing it?
Market orders are executed immediately and cannot be cancelled. Limit orders can be cancelled from the Orders page as long as they have not been filled. AI Trading plan cancellation depends on the plan terms.
