Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open and use a Bullix account.

Prohibited Jurisdictions: Bullix services are not available to residents of countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and Russia. It is your responsibility to ensure you are not accessing the platform in violation of local laws.

One Account Per User: You may only hold one Bullix account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain promotional benefits is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently banned.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and the KYC process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets in your own name. Bullix reserves the right to reject or return funds received from third parties.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to security checks and verification. Crypto withdrawals may take additional time depending on network congestion.

Fee Schedule: Bullix charges trading fees as disclosed in the Fee Schedule on our website. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is $10 USD (or equivalent). Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.

Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on your trading activity. Bullix does not provide tax advice.

Order Execution: All orders are executed on a best-efforts basis. Market conditions, liquidity, and network latency may affect the price and timing of order execution. Bullix does not guarantee any specific execution price.

Demo Account: The demo account provides simulated trading with virtual funds and does not reflect actual market conditions. Profits or losses in demo mode carry no real monetary value.

Leverage & Risk: Contract and margin trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Bullix does not provide investment advice.

AI Trading Plans: AI Trading plans are automated strategies. Past performance of any AI plan does not guarantee future results. Participation in AI Trading is subject to minimum and maximum investment thresholds.

Prohibited Conduct: Wash trading, market manipulation, spoofing, layering, and any form of fraudulent trading activity are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of digital assets can increase or decrease substantially within short periods. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Regulatory Risk: The regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies is evolving. New laws or regulations may adversely affect the use, transfer, or value of digital assets on the Bullix platform.

Technology Risk: Blockchain networks, smart contracts, and digital wallets are subject to technical vulnerabilities, bugs, and exploits. Bullix is not liable for losses resulting from third-party technology failures.

No FDIC Insurance: Funds held on Bullix are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme (e.g., FDIC in the US). You bear the full risk of loss.

By Bullix: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding positions must be closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to you after applicable fees and regulatory checks.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Bullix platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property rights) shall survive.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bullix is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
